This food has a giant yuck factor, but it may be worth the try. People of northern Colombia say they help you out just like Viagra does. I guess that just might be a promotion gimmick. In France they are called “caviar of Santander” where they fetch a price of $11 a pound. I’ve always said that insects just might be the world next food source and it would be just like common snack foods like potato chips.
