Yes the fun new sport of running backwards. Great for your leg muscles and a sure challenge for your neck strain. I have no idea why anyone would want to do this. It seems like it would be fun for the first kilometer and then it would wear itself out very quick. They call this “retro running”. Almost like it had been in style 20 years ago. Inaebnit thinks that running backwards up a mountain is great. I say it just might help you out as you won’t be able to see how far you got to go. It takes the runners almost twice as long to run the same distance backwards but I bet they’ll be able to cut that once they get more trained in this new sport.
