Going through the trash for winning lotto tickets isn’t the kind of job I would like but this guy found a winning one. Then the guy who bought the ticket said the money was his as he “accidentally” threw it away. I have no idea how you “accidentally” throw away a million dollar winner but he did. As the guy who bought the ticket passed away during the litigation his estate collected $140,000. The guy who found the ticket wanted to settle before he passes away as he is 83 years old. If you find winning lotto tickets in the trash the old saying goes, “Finder’s keeper’s losers weepers”
